Introduction
These instructions explain how users can revoke Outbooked access to Facebook, Instagram, and Meta advertising data and request deletion of Meta-derived information stored by Outbooked or its managed advertising provider.
1) Remove Outbooked Through Meta Settings
If you connected Outbooked to Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Ads:
- Sign in to Facebook and open Settings & privacy, then Settings
- Open Apps and Websites
- Find Outbooked or the application name shown for your connected Outbooked workflow
- Select Remove and confirm that you want to revoke access
- Review Meta’s confirmation and any offered deletion options
Meta currently provides a signed-in application settings page at https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications. Meta may change navigation or URLs without notice.
2) Disconnect Meta Inside Outbooked
If you have access to the Outbooked advisor dashboard, use the disconnect control in advertising settings where available. Disconnecting is designed to revoke or remove connection credentials and clear selected ad account, Facebook Page, Instagram account, pixel, business, and related setup fields used for future workflows.
3) Request Deletion From Outbooked
Email support@outbooked.ai with the subject "Facebook/Instagram Data Deletion Request." Include the email address associated with your Outbooked account and, if known, the relevant Meta app-scoped user ID, Facebook Page, Instagram account, ad account, business, or pixel identifiers. State whether you request deletion only of Meta-derived connected-account data or a broader Outbooked account deletion.
After verification, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify responsive Meta-derived connection data, including tokens, selected asset identifiers, setup records, and related provider data, unless limited retention is permitted or required for security, fraud prevention, billing, audit, dispute resolution, enforcement, advertising records, provider reconciliation, or legal obligations.
4) What This Does Not Delete
These instructions do not delete information independently held by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, an advisor or firm, or another third party. Use the applicable third party’s account and privacy controls for that information.
Disconnecting Meta does not automatically delete non-Meta Outbooked information such as billing records, campaigns, leads, emails, SMS records, bookings, analytics, or legal and compliance records. Submit a separate broader deletion request if appropriate.
